I'm not sure if I'll post. I know that people tend to be their own harshest critics, but I'm pretty content to share the few good ones with my closest friends. (that actually sounds downright cowardly....Hmmm.)

It's me...
I've read the "Bacini" installments that you've posted so far.(Very powerful stuff, btw...) In your comments after the first one I could sense that you were in a lot of pain.(I sometimes have an uncanny grasp of the obvious) In your more recent comments you seem to be doing better. I guess that means that you don't want me to break Scotts legs for hurting you, although the offer still stands

oh, steve! it's so good to see you here (so many of my friends here are from other zip codes, countries, cellestial planes)... thank you for taking time out of yer day to read thru some of the work in my gallery - it means a lot to me, really... and yes, pain's paid me a bit of a longer visit lately than i'd like, but i'm slowly inching her toward the front door... once this project (bacini) is written and over with, i have a feeling i'll be in a better state of mind... old demons, they need to be dispelled...

i've hugged hilary for you, and i'm sure you'll never give anyone cause to feel for you what i felt for these artifacts from my history - cruel concepts of hope made chaos in my head... all in all, they're good men, tho (for the most part)... just men who've left me hanging on the edge of my youth...
anyway, i hope it's much warmer where you are than it is here... the renovation has started (the whole house is shaking!) and hilary and i are enjoying a morning with very little to do... all of our construction workers are young guys with deep voices - i'm going to go find out if there's anyone here i can write a poem about later... (just kidding).
It was good to hear from you...I've been very busy at work and will continue to be so for another week or two...Then I'll check out The Libertine. Hilary has mentioned it, and from what she said it might be best if the theatre is not too crowded.
Gotta keep this short-Thanks for the hug(given for me and to me) I need all of them that I can get these days.
